The Mastercard Foundation scholarships

Sciences Po joins the Mastercard Foundation scholars programme in 2017.

The Mastercard scholarships are merit based scholarships designed for high school and university students, originating from sub-Saharan African countries. They are awarded on social criteria, for a duration of 3 years for the Bachelor scholarships, and for 2 years for the Master scholarships.

Scholarships cover Sciences Po tuition fees and living expenses in France during the student’s study period.

Bachelor scholarships are only allocated to students applying for the Europe-Africa programme on the Reims campus.

The scholarships awarding process for the 2017-2018 academic year is restricted to a pilot network of high schools and is not open to external applications.

The terms and conditions of the Mastercard scholarships application and awarding process for the 2018-2019 academic year will be published in September 2017.
