Course Description

This course is an introduction to the concepts and methods of corporate strategy. It is structured in 6 sessions : What is Corporate Strategy - Industry and Competitive Analysis - Competitive Advantage - Identifying the appropriate Strategy – Managing the Strategic Process - Strategic and financial Valuation.
