Liquidity rules. A new paradigm? V. The reform of the financial supervision in Europe VI. Comparison of regulatory reforms in the US and in Europe VII. Illusory “break-up measures” for universal banks VIII. Markets regulation IX. Macroprudential oversight X. Regulatory reforms and the real economy XI. Is the additions of all regulatory measures consistent? XII. How to ensure a true resiliency of the system while reducing moral hazard?
