Course Description

This workshop aims to provide the conceptual and technical basis to handle Geographic Information and Geographical Information System (GIS). The course consists of: a theorical part, to introduce Geographic Information concepts and GIS features ; a practical part, to learn how to handle, process and analyze Geographic Information with the software QGIS.
