Course Description

The course will be based on lectures with interactive engagement of the students.
The course will describe the current security environment and the megatrends shaping its future in this framework. It will discuss the three main international organizations of interest: UN, EU and NATO. It will explore their position in international relations, their challenges, dynamics, evolution and regional inter-relationship. The course will be mainly practical and the lecture will share his own experience at high level position in those organizations.

Pedagogical format

Lecture with oral active engagement by the student during the lesson. The course will also be based on case studies.

Course validation

Individual take-home papers at the end of the third week (mid course) : 40% Individual oral interview at the end during the last week : 60%
