Course Description
The course is made of 12 parts of 2 hours each : Institutional framework (PDB) ; Policy framework (PDB) ; Immigration : family reunification (FM) ; Status of legal immigrants & integration(FM) ; External borders control (PDB) ; The fight against illegal immigration (PDB) ; Short-term visa policy (FM) ; External dimension: the Global approach (FM) ; Immigration : economic migration (PDB) ; Asylum: global framework & asylum seekers (PDB) ; Asylum: definition of protected persons (PDB) ; Asylum: procedural & Dublin rules (PDB).

Course validation
The evaluation of students will mainly be based on one short presentation or short written paper (depending on their choice) and complementary include their level of oral participation to the seminar.
