Course Description

The workshop will cover issues such as: what is advocacy (written advocacy, advocacy with witnesses and oral advocacy) ; some hot topics related to Advocacy (what duties do counsel owe to the arbitral tribunal? Is there a need for harmonization of counsel's ethical rules? How to manage time and costs in international arbitration?) ; the workshop will also include drills in small groups and a case study around cross-examination.
