Course Description

After a brief review of the usual sources of ethical imperatives, students will practice applying a standardized approach to identifying and resolving ethical challenges in a business environment. Students will also review notions of corporate social responsibility and individual responsibility. Students will leave the workshop with sharpened skills for confronting ethical challenges.

Course validation

This workshop is graded on a pass/fail basis. A passing grade will be given on the basis of attendance (no absences allowed), preparation, and participation.

Workload

Students must complete the assigned reading before the first workshop session. During each workshop session, students must actively participate in discussions.
