Course Description

The course will explore the effective practices in urban management of properties marked by strong heritage identities. Cases from the Caribbean, namely of cities inscribed on the World Heritage List, will be analyzed together with the international legal frameworks conditioning their development and policy options. Special focus will be given to the challenges linked to climate change, tourism development, transportation and infrastructures.
