Course Description

Course objective around sharing content & practices in the function of compensation and benefits. Overall review of C&B policies from base compensation to LTI & Equity. Mix of academics, practical implementation, case studies and external speakers. Course built around latest regulations and Executive compensation, remuneration packages being cash and non cash, benefits incl. pension plans, reward policies, strategies and constraints and about how the C&B function operates within the overall HR value chain. This course equip the students with the C&B capabilities, to manage most of the existing issues raised by C&B in a global company. A particular attention is provided to share practical take aways and spend enough collective time in the courses to exchange around innovations and new practices coming from the digital world.

Pedagogical format

Each class will be split into an academics part and a workshop moment.

Course validation

The participants will be assessed through their personal & collective participation during the courses. As final exam, the overall assessment will be made through a multiple questions questionnaire during the last class.


All students are required to participate to each class and have a critical review out of it. Course content are being shared with the students and in order to have a successful exam, they will need to have a full rehearsal of all courses content.
