Course Description

The globalization and digitalization of the workplace, while providing enormous benefits in terms of talent mobility, organization and efficiency, also leads to new challenges and constraints that HR leaders have to anticipate and provide solutions for. It is more important than ever, therefore, to position HR leader as a strategic actor that not only provides advice and acts as a business partner, but also coaches, challenges, coordinates and influences leaders in their decisions concerning people. Three modules of courses will be taught with focus on applying key learnings and principles to real-life challenges experienced by HR. This will be done via a re-examination of the following common HR topics through the international and intercultural lenses: - International Talent Management. - Challenges of Virtual Management. - Understanding Self and Others from a Cultural Perspective.
