Course Description

“Innovation is what distinguishes between a leader and a follower” (Steve Jobs). This workshop will link the stimulation of individual creativity and collective intelligence, the key to an ability to innovate in a team and to bring a new spirit into one's work environment. A fundamental skill for any future manager or any startupper. The pedagogical format in 6 x 2 hours will allow a quick assimilation both of the method and the tools in a commando spirit, close to that of the innovation groups facilitated daily by the teacher in large French and international companies. Students will practice a three-step innovation method inspired by the Creative Problem Solving on a specific topic. Collective innovation tools, including exclusive Fun & Serious games, will help to remove the obstacles to creativity.

Pedagogical format

12-hour workshop (6 x 2h) – Very interactive course – The tools are systematically applied on specific subjects

Course validation

Active individual participation & contribution to collective reflection (1/3 of total grade) – Involvement in subgroup work (1/3) – Quality and presentation of the final draft (1/3)


Most of the work will be done during the workshop at the beginning. Once in project mode, students will deepen their work between course sessions
