Course Description

These tutorial classes aim to provide reading grids allowing future professionals to deploy relevant and ethical management methods in a creative and flexible way The program will be adapted according to the evolution of the concrete problems encountered by the students. Practical cases and business case will enable students to confront themselves with real managerial situations

Pedagogical format

6x2h00 conférences de méthodes Interactive workshop with some key theoretical knowledge, business case and sharing of student life work experience. Teamwork and co-development activities to develop our collective intelligence and individual thinking.

Course validation

Engagement and Participation during the class (30% frequent participation and 30% in business case acting) Produce a 2-page individual report consisting of an analysis of leadership situation using the tools and concepts presented in the class (40%).
